Healthcare Booking

A speculative mobile flow for finding an appointment and keeping the next step clear.

Context

This speculative exercise explores a narrow booking task: find a relevant appointment, choose an available time, and keep the confirmed details easy to revisit.

The constraint

A mobile booking flow has little room for context. Availability, provider details, and the final choice need to remain understandable without crowding each screen. The concept makes no claim about clinical suitability, real availability, or patient use.

Decisions behind the work

01

Start with the appointment

The first screen presents a clear search and a small set of provider options, with the next action visible in the same view.

02

Make selection explicit

The second screen separates date and time choices and keeps the selected option visually distinct, so the decision can be checked before continuing.

03

Close with a usable summary

The confirmation screen repeats the appointment details in a compact format and shows a clear route back to upcoming bookings.

What the work shows

The result is a set of three designed mobile screens demonstrating a coherent booking journey. It has no live demo, repository, real provider data, user testing, or production outcome.

What I took from it

In a short mobile flow, clarity comes from preserving the decision context across screens rather than adding more options to each one.
